Ensure all phone calls are answered quickly and efficiently

Ensure all sales enquiries are followed up promptly and followed through to conclusion

Ensure that best value is obtained in all areas of the business and that savings are made wherever possible
Other areas of responsibilities include:

Responsible for logging and keying customer orders and tracking stock to completion.

Participating in office duties, such as answering phone calls, managing incoming and outgoing post, and carrying out general housekeeping tasks.

Assisting with ensuring goods are stored in the correct locations and our in-house system reflects actual locations.

Effective liaison with the fitting diary team to ensure service level agreements are met with customer satisfaction at the forefront.

Ensuring job completion notes are received on time and are properly completed in order for invoicing within the company timescales.

Assisting with booking in on the system and warehouse deliveries.
