- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear information regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery options.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or complaints.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance service delivery and improve operational efficiency.

- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers over the phone and in person.
