The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section, maintaining exceptional food standards and supporting the wider kitchen brigade in delivering an outstanding dining experience for our guests.
Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you'll play an important part in ensuring consistency, quality and excellent service across our restaurant, bar, events and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your designated kitchen section.
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standards.
- Ensure all food is produced consistently and served on time.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards.
- Support the training and development of junior chefs.
- Assist with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste.
- Ensure all food is stored, labelled and rotated correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front of house teams.
- Contribute ideas for menus, specials and seasonal dishes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience as a Chef de Partie or an experienced Demi Chef ready to step up.
- Is passionate about producing quality food.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Takes pride in their work and has great attention to detail.
- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
- Holds a Level 2 Food Safety Certificate (preferred).
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
