We are a busy, well-established manufacturing business based in Burslem, and due to continued growth we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join our team.

The Role:
You will be working within a fast-paced production environment, involved in:• Mixing, milling and weighing of materials
- Operating production equipment
- Manual handling and heavy lifting
- Supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations
- Maintaining high standards of quality and safety
What We’re Looking For:
Valid FLT licence (essential)
Physically fit – heavy lifting is required
Previous experience within ceramic processing preferred
Experience with mixing, milling, weighing or similar processes
Must have own transport due to location
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
