Retail & E-Commerce Assistant
Part-Time | 4 Days Per Week
Northwich | £13.25 per hour (starting)
We’re looking for a friendly, organised and enthusiastic Retail & E-Commerce Assistant to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you'll split your time between supporting customers in-store and helping with the day to day running of our online business.
As a small, fast growing business, we're looking for someone who is happy to get involved in every aspect of the brand. No two days are the same, so if you enjoy variety, love being organised and have a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you.
Hours
- 4 days per week – Monday Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
- 9:30am – 3:00pm.
- Flexibility may be required during busy launch periods, events & possible Saturday when required.
What you'll be doing:
In Store
- Delivering outstanding customer service.
- Helping customers find the perfect fit and styling advice.
- Processing sales through the till.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting store environment.
- Replenishing stock and merchandising displays.
- Representing the AXEL brand with confidence and enthusiasm.
Online
- Picking, packing and dispatching online orders.
- Preparing our monthly subscription boxes.
- Receiving and organising deliveries.
- Managing stock levels and inventory.
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and social media.
- Assisting with website updates and product launches.
- Supporting content creation for social media where required.
- General administration and day-to-day business support.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and confident with customers.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
- Able to work independently and use their own initiative.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- A strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
- Passionate about fitness, fashion and wellness .
- Excited to grow alongside a small independent business.
