Reports to: Managing Director
Location: Site-based, outskirts of Frome
Working arrangement: FTC 12-months (full time and part time considered).
On-site – this is an office-based role. Applicants should be within a commutable distance and happy to work on-site as part of our collaborative team.
Salary: £26,000–£34,000 FTE 35 hours per week (depending on experience)

We design and manufacture bags, packaging, and other products for leading global brands and creative agencies. From our busy studio in Frome, we manage client services, production, and logistics – no two days are the same!
Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will support the commercial team in managing client enquiries and orders from initial brief through to delivery.
Working with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you will help develop practical product solutions, prepare quotes and proposals, and ensure projects are delivered accurately, on time and within budget.
We are particularly interested in someone with an understanding of textiles, textile production or product sourcing, who can bring relevant industry knowledge to our small and growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Client & Commercial Support: Respond to enquiries, develop client relationships and support the conversion of opportunities into orders.
- Product Solutions: Understand client briefs and recommend suitable products, materials and production solutions, with a particular focus on textiles, bags and fabric products.
- Quoting & Sourcing: Source products and suppliers, obtain costs, prepare quotes and proposals, and support the commercial team with pricing and purchasing.
- Project Management: Coordinate orders from enquiry through to production and delivery, ensuring deadlines, specifications and budgets are met.
- Supplier & Production Liaison: Work closely with suppliers and production partners to manage orders, resolve issues and keep projects moving.
- Client Communication: Keep clients informed of progress, respond promptly to queries and ensure a high level of service throughout the order process.
- Team Support: Work collaboratively with the wider team and provide support across the business as required.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a commercial, account management, B2B sales or client-facing role.
- Understanding of textiles, textile production, bags or product sourcing is highly desirable.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of costs, margins and budgets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Good Excel and general Microsoft Office skills.
- Able to manage multiple enquiries and projects and work to deadlines.
- Practical and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Positive, proactive and comfortable working in a small, collaborative team.
- Able to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
