FLOATING SUPPORT (OUTREACH) DOMESTIC ABUSE PRACTITIONERS
1 post - 37 hours per week 3-year fixed term contract
Two posts - 18.5 hours per week 3-year fixed term contract
Salary £29,777- £31,364 (pro rata) Plus Benefits
We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate Practitioners to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidates would have demonstrable experience of working with those affected by domestic abuse. Have experience of managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of a diverse and vulnerable client group. You will have some knowledge of housing, welfare and policy relating to domestic abuse, as well as excellent administrative and effective communication skills.
The role requires flexibility and is subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check.
