- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised according to health standards.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring timely service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and barbering to offer innovative services.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling and barbering, with a strong portfolio of work preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Organised, punctual, and able to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are desirable but not essential.
