Sales Negotiator – Aspire Estate Agents
Aspire Estate Agents are looking for an hard working and driven Sales Negotiator to join our extremely busy, market leading office in Benfleet, Essex. This is a high volume, fast paced environment where our current negotiators are achieving £50,000+ OTE, making this a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives under pressure and is hungry to earn.

Key Responsibilities
- Register applicants and professionally greet customers
- Negotiate property sales to achieve the best outcomes
- Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
- Generate new business through proactive canvassing
- Follow up leads via telephone and face-to-face
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive, target-driven, and positive attitude
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Solid understanding of customer service and sales
- Proven track record of exceeding targets
- Strong telephone manner and professional presence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem solving ability and customer focused mindset

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 OTE per year (with many current negotiators earning £50K+)
