Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will provide essential support and care to our clients in various in and outdoor activities being active participating with them. Responsibilities:

- Assist with the implementation of care plans for clients
- Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients with mobility and transfers
- Administer medications
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team
- Utilize IT systems for documentation and record keeping using digital record
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Knowledge of care plans and basic medical terminology is a plus
- Familiarity working with young adults with home care or care home settings is beneficial but not essential
You will be expected to undertake ongoing training both theoretical and practical.
Please note that all positions at our organization are paid, and DBS enhanced procedure a must be done.
