Pink Tile Education is recruiting a dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant for a specialist SEND school in Wallington.
This rewarding role involves supporting a pupil with additional needs on a 1:1 basis, helping them to access learning, develop independence, and thrive within a supportive school environment.
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
- Supporting learning, communication, and engagement
- Assisting with personal care when required
- Working closely with teachers and therapists to meet individual needs
- Creating a safe, positive, and nurturing environment
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
- Confidence and willingness to provide personal care
- Willingness and ability to complete Hoist Training
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
