Due to continued expansion a vacancy has arisen for a Mechanical Estimator to join our well established team at our Head Office in Middlesbrough.
THE ROLE:
Supporting the Management Team with bids and tenders you will be tendering works up to £3m for a range of Principle Contractors and End Users across the North East.
Liaise with Consultants, Clients and Third Parties on a regular basis.
Establish and maintain tendering processes and conduct negotiations.
Identify and provide alternative design proposals, solutions and value engineering options.
Control and organise tender documentation.
REQUIREMENTS
A Mechanically biased background and a sound technical knowledge
Experience of working in the Building Services and Facilities Management Sectors
Good communication skills
Ability to use own initiative

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
