Pay: up to £35,000/year
Location: Lee South London
Hours: 7.30-6.30pm (Shift), Mon–Fri 40 hours over 5 days or 4
Level 3 in Earlyyears (MUST Have)
Full Time- all year round

We’re hiring a NURSERY ROOM MANAGER Level 3 qualified to join our nursery in the heart of Lee South London close by to all transport links and Free parking.

About you:
- Level 3 in Early Years (essential)
- Confident deicating, managing conflict and resolution
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Sound knowledge base of 0-5s
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Your role:
- Support staff to create a safe, engaging developmentally appropriate space
- Sound attachment theory
- Solid EYFS knowledge
- To lead the team to offer quality care to 0-5s
- Communicate positively with parents and staff
- Support children’s progress and well-being
- Follow health & safety standards at all times
