Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain technical solutions to improve our digital learning platforms.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to implement technical enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online resources.
- Assist in the integration of new technologies into our systems.
- Ensure the security and performance of all digital assets.
- Support team training on new tools and software.
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
- Document technical processes and updates clearly for team reference.
- Analyse data and working with numbers is key to this role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical development or IT support, preferably within an educational or digital content environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and cloud platforms such as Google.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
