We are a well-established Irish pub company with venues in the Home Counties & North / West London. Due to expansion we are currently seeking experienced and motivated Pub Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and leading a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. They will be proficient in stock management, budgeting, P&L control and venue marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing all aspects of pub operations, including staffing, stock management, and customer service
- Developing and implementing new strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Managing budgets and financial reports
- Training and mentoring staff members to reach their full potential
- Managing food/drink service and event planning
- Keeping the workplace clean and tidy
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as a pub manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A 'can do' attitude and ability to work on own initiative
- An outgoing and friendly personality
- Be a creative and forward thinking individual that will drive the business forward
