You’ll also maintain clear documentation and contribute to continuous improvement across our endpoint platforms.
What you'll do:
Support day-to-day Unified Endpoint Management operations across the windows and mobile estate, using Microsoft Intune and related tools to monitor device security, compliance, configuration and patching.
Triage and support CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Management elevation issues, escalating complex cases where appropriate.
Work under the guidance of Technical Specialists and Senior Technical Specialists to support endpoint platform operations, upgrades, testing, deployments, change activity and service improvement.
Manage incidents, service requests and project tasks in line with agreed priorities, providing first- and second-line endpoint support.
Help improve endpoint platforms in line with business, security and operational needs, while maintaining accurate documentation for platform changes, workflows and support processes.
Participate in the team’s out-of-hours support rota.
What you'll bring:
Experience managing or supporting windows endpoints in an enterprise environment, with a basic understanding of Microsoft Intune, endpoint security and compliance concepts.
Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Exposure to PowerShell, automation or API-based tooling.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document platform changes, workflows and support processes.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across technical teams.
A reliable, accurate, consistent and conscientious approach, together with a willingness to learn and develop expertise in modern endpoint management technologies.
