Commercial Litigation Solicitor | Manchester | £50,000–£65,000 | 3+ PQE
I’m currently recruiting for an award-winning law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE who is looking to handle their own caseload, work on complex and high-quality commercial litigation matters, and develop their career within a supportive and ambitious team.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, while also supporting senior members of the team on larger and more complex cases.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing your own commercial litigation caseload
- Advising clients on legal risks, prospects and costs exposure
- Developing and implementing effective litigation strategies
- Handling multiple matters and meeting key deadlines
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with Real Estate, Corporate and Finance teams
- Supporting senior fee earners on larger matters
- Providing commercially focused and practical legal advice
- Maintaining high standards of client care and file management
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years’ PQE in Commercial Litigation
- Strong technical and procedural knowledge
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
- Strong commercial awareness and tactical ability
- A proactive and tenacious approach to litigation
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
