The Açai Club Beaconsfield is looking for a passionate and dedicated Culinary Artist / Açai Bowl Creator to become part of our growing team. This is a full-time permanent position requiring a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality açai bowls and additional menu offerings
Deliver warm, engaging, and professional customer service
Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety
Work effectively both independently and alongside colleagues
Ensure all products consistently meet company presentation and quality standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience within hospitality or customer-facing roles
A genuine passion for health, nutrition, food, and fitness
Experience working in a specialty coffee shop or similar environment (desirable)
Good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures
Strong attention to detail when presenting food and desserts
A positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused approach
Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and a variety of shift patterns
Ability to thrive in a busy and fast-moving environment
The legal right to work in the UK
A willingness to learn, develop, and progress within the business
