What will you be doing?
· Daily posting of daily Oil Co supplier invoices (large value & volume) and investigating anomalies & solving discrepancies.
· Daily reconciliation of 7 bank accounts including supplier payments, allocation of payments against invoices, posting of expense claims, customer refunds and reconciling receipts posted by credit.
· Daily update of Oil Co stock from notifications and accounting software. Posting of stock invoices and ensuring reconciled back to the accounting system.
· Daily management of cash requirements including processing all journals to reflect cash movements.
· Daily management of the Accounts inbox.
· Posting of Weekly, fortnightly and monthly other Oil Co supplier invoices and investigating anomalies & solving discrepancies.
· Weekly review and posting of a high volume of customer credit notes.
· Accurately processing and reconciliating financial data in a timely manner.
· Deadline driven through the accurate processing and reconciliation of financial transactions.
· Ad hoc work as needed to support the team.
