About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Hygienist to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time basis. Initially one day per week, could be extend to two days per week.
Working Hours:
- Mondays or Wednesdays between 09:30 – 17:30
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a qualified Dental Hygienist (UK experience)
- GDC registration
- Strong focus on patient care and preventative dentistry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Immunisations (Hep B)
- Clear DBS certificate (we can support with this if required) & full indemnity cover
- CPD certificates & 2 clinical references Proof of right to work in the UK
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental hygiene care to patients, ensuring adherence to GDC standards.
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health, including assessing gum health and identifying potential issues.
- Utilize CAD and medical imaging technologies to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment planning.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are sterilized and ready for use.
