House Manager

We’re looking for a House Manager to lead the venue from the front — someone who sets the tone, owns the operation, and delivers Scottish hospitality the right way.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership position covering:
- Live service leadership
- Day-to-day financial performance
- Stock and supplier management
- Team development and standards
You’ll run the venue day-to-day, reporting directly to the Directors.

What We’re Looking For
- Experienced manager (bar, restaurant, or hotel)
- Strong operator with commercial awareness
- Confident, floor-led leader
- Naturally guest-focused, high attention to detail
