Responsibilities

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective clients
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business growth
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyse sales data
- Attend networking events, conferences, and industry functions to expand the organisation’s reach
- Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to meet organisational goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyse market data and develop strategic plans based on insights gained
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets
- Relevant degree or professional qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential
