Complex Support Worker

Shifts
Various days and nights available, 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am, there is an expectation of weekend work on a rolling rota basis.
Salary
£14.25 per hour plus 12.07% holiday pay

About the Service User
We are looking for experienced female care staff to join a well-established team to support our client with a spinal injury, tracheostomy and diabetic. Our client has complex interventions, for which full training will be provided. Our client is family orientated and loves the sunshine. Our client likes a good chat but equally enjoys calmer quieter periods during shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow a personalised care plan
- Provide specialist interventions, full training will be provided
- Assist with personal care
- Support with mobility
- Help with meal preparation
- Offer companionship and reassurance
- Communicate with the office team
- Keep care records up to date
- Work closely with family members to maintain consistency
What We Are Looking For
- Experience with mobility support
- Training in medication assistance
- Moving and handling knowledge
- Confidence with equipment used in the home
- Comfortable working one-to-one
- Someone who enjoys [Insert hobby or interest that matches the service user]
- Someone who can bring reassurance and consistency
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be 18 or over
