Construction Crew Catering (CCC) is looking for an experienced Freelance Head Chef / Chef Manager to lead one of our busy catering operations on a major UK construction project. We are also looking for an experienced Freelance Weekend Manager to oversee the catering operation during weekends, ensuring the same high standards of food and service are maintained.
Head Chef / Chef Manager – From £200 per day (depending on experience)
Weekend Manager – Competitive day rate based on experience
Long-term freelance opportunities
Self-employed / Freelance positions
Early starts, early finishes
Head Chef: Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends as required
Weekend Manager: Regular weekend shifts, with opportunities for additional weekday cover if desired
Full UK driving licence and own transport essential
What You'll Be Doing
Leading and motivating the kitchen team
Producing high-quality breakfasts, lunches and daily specials
Planning menus, ordering stock and controlling food costs
Managing the day-to-day kitchen operation
Maintaining exceptional food hygiene and health & safety standards
Delivering first-class food and customer service every day
We're Looking For Someone Who...
Has Head Chef, Chef Manager or Kitchen Management experience
Can confidently lead a busy kitchen with minimal supervision
Has experience with ordering, stock control and food cost management
Thrives in a fast-paced catering environment
Holds a full UK driving licence and has their own transport
