At Spirit Labels Limited, we produce premium self-adhesive labels for some of Scotland’s finest whisky brands. In this role you would be expected to …

- Set up and running jobs safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Monitor colour consistency and print quality throughout production.
- Work with our finishing department to ensure jobs flow smoothly through production.
- Carry out routine maintenance and daily press care.
- Supporting continuous improvement across the production department.
We’re interested in people who take pride in their work. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience operating HP Indigo 6K presses (or similar).
- Experience running ABG Digicon finishing equipment (preferred, not essential).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of colour quality and print standards.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a close-knit team.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.
We are offering…..
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- Company pension.
- Overtime opportunities.
- Ongoing training and development.
- Modern digital printing equipment.
- The opportunity to work with some of the world’s best premium spirits brands.
- A supportive team where quality, innovation and continuous improvement are genuinely valued.
