Are you passionate about making a difference in children’s lives? Dallington School is a friendly, inclusive independent school in the heart of EC1V, seeking a committed Learning Support Assistant to provide one-to-one support for a child with additional needs.
What you’ll do:
· Support a child’s learning and social development with tailored interventions
· Adapt resources to meet individual needs and help access the curriculum
· Work closely with teachers, SENCo, and external professionals
· Contribute to progress reviews and support behaviour management
· Assist with personal care and follow care/medical plans if required
What we’re looking for:
· Experience supporting children in a primary school setting or children with similar needs (preferred)
· Flexibility, patience, and resilience
· Willingness to undertake training, including medical/care plans
