We are looking for a results-driven Technical Success Manager to support customers in achieving their business goals through effective use of our products and services. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers
- Understand customer objectives and align solutions to meet their needs
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support
- Identify opportunities for product adoption and account growth
- Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks
- Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
- Experience in customer success, technical account management, or similar role
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (preferred)
