Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the bar and kitchen team to deliver excellent customer service and uphold brand standards
- Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency in every dish and drink served
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and development to foster a motivated and skilled team
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all areas of the bar and kitchen
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food production, serving times, and special event needs
Requirements
- Proven management experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with supervising responsibilities
- Strong background in food production, cooking, food preparation, and serving techniques
- Experience working in a bar environment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, culinary processes, and hospitality best practices
- Ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high energy levels and positive attitude
