Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
- Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including catering options and special dietary requirements
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
- Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly
- Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Uphold the establishment’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and cleanliness
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Experience with food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and organisation
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
