We have an exceptional opportunity for an experienced skilled Butcher to join us as Shop Manager to manage the Butchery and Delicatessen at our shop located within the wonderful Worlds End Garden Centre, nearby Aylesbury.
Working closely with the existing established team and supported by your area manager, you will be fully competent in all aspects of butchery with excellent butchery and display standards providing premium quality products and service to our valued customers whilst taking responsibility for the day to day running of the shop.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as a skilled butcher with managerial responsibility in a busy retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and motivate a team
- Passion for product development and delivering premium quality produce
- Drive, enthusiasm and pride in high standards
Training will be given in the production of our many award winning products to help ensure a smooth and successful move.
The position is full time permanent, working 42.5 hours per week across 5 days on a 7-day rota.
