Reception Manager – Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa
Hatherley Manor Hotel & Spa is looking for a Reception Manager to lead our front-of-house team. If you're a natural people person with a passion for exceptional customer service and the drive to inspire a team to deliver the same, we'd love to hear from you.
The role:
- Lead and motivate the reception team to consistently deliver outstanding guest service
- Oversee day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for every guest
- Shifts fall between 7am–10pm, including weekends
