What are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and enjoys building great relationships with customers. If you’re friendly, proactive, and happy to go the extra mile, you’ll fit right in.
While previous experience is desirable, we’re equally interested in individuals with a passion for the outdoors. Knowledge of outdoor or survival skills, a fishing permit, or experience with bike maintenance would all be fantastic advantages—but not essential if you’re eager to learn.
This is a hands-on role that involves being on your feet for extended periods and staying active throughout the day. You’ll also need to feel confident working independently and taking initiative when required.
Due to limited local transport options, having a driving licence and access to a car is strongly recommended to ensure you can get to your shifts reliably.
