We are seeking a talented and experienced personto join our team and help create a fast-paced working environment. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with a wide-range of customers and possess knowledge of coffee preparation and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing friendly customer service, preparing specialty coffees, taking orders and using a cash register, they will also have to maintain open communication with other staff members.
We operate Tuesday - Saturday and are closed on Sundays & Mondays.
Responsibilities:
- Make drinks according to customers' tastes and preferences.
- Know how to make all the drinks on the menu.
- Answer customers' questions
- Be able to provide recommendations to customers.
- Listen and respond to customer's concerns.
- Be able to multitask and perform several other duties at the same time.
- Deliver drinks and food to the customers table.
- Clearing tables is also a requirement of this position as is cleaning during and at end of shift.
