We are recruiting for an exciting Children's Residential Care opportunity in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity to join a supportive organisation with a strong team culture and a genuine commitment to achieving positive outcomes for children and young people.
THE ROLE
As Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring excellent standards of care, safeguarding and compliance while building and developing a strong staff team.
We are also keen to hear from experienced Deputy Managers who are ready to progress into a Registered Manager position and take the next step in their career.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience within Children's Residential Care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare – ESSENTIAL for Registered Manager applicants
- Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and Children's Homes Regulations
- Proven leadership and people management experience
- Strong safeguarding and compliance knowledge
- Passion for providing outstanding care to children and young people
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
