General Labourer / Groundworker – Permanent Position
We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on individual to join our team in a full‑time, permanent role. The ideal candidate will bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a solid foundation in construction and groundworks.
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- Age 25+ (for vehicle insurance purposes)
- Previous construction experience
- Good understanding of mortar and concrete mix ratios
- Knowledge of groundworks including paving, driveways, and drainage
Desirable Skills
- Excavator and general machine operation experience
- Experience working on a variety of outdoor construction tasks
- Ability to adapt to different types of jobs, as no two projects are the same
