About the Role:
As an Audi Diagnostic Technician, you will be an integral member of the Aftersales Team, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and repaired to the highest manufacturer and industry standards. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical workmanship while safeguarding customer vehicles and maintaining an organised and compliant workshop environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and resolving complex faults using advanced Audi systems.

Carrying out high-level repairs and maintenance to manufacturer and Company standards.

Supporting and mentoring junior technicians.

Working effectively with the Service team to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Maintaining accurate and complete electronic service records.
-
Contributing positively to workshop efficiency and team performance.

Maintaining exemplary standards of housekeeping within your working area.
Essential Criteria:

Level 3 Qualified (IMI or equivalent) Diagnostic Technician

Relevant experience with diagnostics, electrical, and mechanical systems
-
Highly motivated to consistently achieve individual and team targets
-
Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
-
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy of workmanship
-
Full UK driving licence
Desirable Criteria:

Audi Accredited
-
Previous experience working within a main dealer workshop / for a VAG Brand
