The Role
Direct Acquisition: Engaging with potential customers face-to-face to drive regional expansion and secure new business.
Consultative Strategy: Identifying customer needs and providing professional solutions that outperform their current service.
Territory Management: Taking full ownership of assigned local areas and maximizing every opportunity within that territory.
The Vanguard Standard: Maintaining elite professional standards, following our proven systems, and consistently hitting daily targets.
