Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic consultant anaesthetist to join the team at Yeovil District Hospital.
The workload, by the nature of the hospital, is varied and any applicant would need to be comfortable anaesthetising for children, major colorectal, major orthopaedic, and obstetrics amongst others. A variety of sub-specialty interests can be accommodated but of particular interest would be a background in peri-operative medicine, human factors/simulation, day surgery, or regional anaesthesia.

As a relatively small hospital (part of a huge Trust) it is easy to develop new services and new practices based on your ideas. If you'd like to shape the way your department works, then Yeovil may be for you.
