Duties

- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols and cleanliness standards at all times
- Manage inventory levels, restock supplies, and monitor product freshness
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a positive experience for all guests
- Support staff training on beverage preparation, serving techniques, and safety procedures
Requirements
- Prior experience as a barista with strong knowledge of coffee brewing and drink customization
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and inventory management
- Strong communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
