What we are looking for
We are a growing brand looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team in our busy, fast paced restaurant in Chester
Do you have
Experience in a high volume, fresh food environment
Passion for fresh food and working in hospitality
A great eye for detail
Experience working within a branded environment
If so, this is a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join this vibrant restaurant team in Chester
The Role
The Chef de Partie role includes:
Supports training of junior team members
Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to company spec
Can work all sections within the kitchen
Maintains a high level of organisation within their section
Maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment
Experience
1 year
Working with fresh produce
Working in high volume establishment
