We are a well-established, family-run business specialising in high-end domestic landscaping. We design and build bespoke outdoor spaces for residential clients, with a strong reputation for quality, reliability, and attention to detail.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a skilled Team Leader to join our team and take ownership of exciting garden transformation projects.
The role
This is not just another landscaping job — this is an opportunity to lead and deliver complete garden transformations from concept to completion.
You will play a key role in creating high-quality outdoor spaces, working on a variety of projects including patios, fencing, planting schemes, and full garden redesigns.
Key responsibilities:
- Leading and delivering full garden transformation projects from start to finish
- Managing and motivating a small team on-site
- Ensuring projects are completed to a high standard and on schedule
- Working closely with homeowners to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Organising materials, tools, and daily site operations
- Carrying out a mix of:
- Hard landscaping (patios, paving, fencing, decking, pathways)
- Soft landscaping (planting, turfing, seeding, garden preparation)
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in domestic landscaping (hard & soft)
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage a team
- Confidence working on full garden builds and transformations
- Ability to read drawings and work from plans
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication skills with clients and team members
- Experience using landscaping tools and machinery
- Full UK Driving Licence and own transport (meeting at yard daily)
- CSCS card (preferred – support available if needed)

Additional information:
- Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm (flexibility required depending on projects)
- Outdoor role – physical work in all weather conditions
- PPE provided (excluding safety boots)
Pay: £30,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
