We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (Day shift) to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist in developing detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring all phases are accurately mapped out and milestones are clearly defined.
- Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth communication and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor project progress daily, updating schedules and tracking key performance indicators to identify potential delays or issues early.
- Support the preparation of project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and meeting minutes.
- Utilize Civil 3D software for reviewing design plans, site layouts, and topographical data to support engineering accuracy.
- Manage time effectively to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to changing project needs.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment by ensuring all activities comply with safety standards and protocols.
Experience
- Proven experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role within the construction or infrastructure industry.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 for project scheduling and management.
- Familiarity with Civil 3D for civil engineering design review is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards is a plus.
