We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retention Salesperson to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving ongoing revenue growth. Working hours 14:00-17:00 Monday - Thursday
Hourly rate + commission + Home worker on site training is a must
Duties
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns
- Analyse client data using Salesforce to identify opportunities for upselling or renewal
- Develop tailored strategies to retain key accounts and minimise churn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively
- Prepare detailed reports on client engagement, retention metrics, and sales performance
- Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer experience and satisfaction levels
- Support the onboarding of new clients and assist in training them on product or service utilisation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a retention or account management capacity
- Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and influence stakeholders at various levels
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment
