We are looking for an enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our team of dedicated staff in the delivery of Primary Care GP Services. We are a 5 partner training practice with 10,500 patients, supported by salaried GP’s, Paramedic Practitioners, and experienced nursing team and reception/administration team.
Experience in leading, managing and developing a team is essential in a fast changing environment. You will be responsible for HR, Training, Health & Safety, Facilities Management, CQC Compliance, Strategic Planning and IT. Sound business management experience, excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
Experience in the health sector preferable or the ability to adapt proven skills to this role.
