We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various commercial sites. Your proactive approach and commitment to quality will ensure our clients’ spaces are spotless, safe, and welcoming.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial premises, including offices, restrooms, corridors, and communal areas
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to achieve high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
- Follow health and safety protocols consistently during all cleaning activities
- Restock consumables such as paper towels, soap, and toilet rolls as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and supplies used
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines to ensure all areas are serviced efficiently and effectively
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during cleaning tasks
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning procedures
