We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Porter to join our team in our busy kitchen, helping to maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment while supporting the chefs and front-of-house team.
Job Description:
- Working well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Washing and cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.
- Keeping storage areas organised and well stocked.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.
- Assisting with deep cleaning duties and end-of-shift cleaning tasks.
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Being reliable, flexible, and willing to help where needed.
