On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator (Inside IR35) for a 6 months contract based in Whale island Portsmouth ideally or London Upto 3 days per week onsite.

As a Recruitment Coordinator, your main responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including vacancy advertising, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to support recruitment campaigns and fulfil workforce requirements.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with organisational policies, employment legislation, and pre-employment screening requirements.
- Manage candidate, hiring manager, and stakeholder communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain and update recruitment systems, templates, trackers, and SharePoint resources.
- Provide recruitment guidance and administrative support to hiring managers and candidates.
- Monitor recruitment performance, analyse data, and produce reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Support onboarding activities, ensuring new starters have a smooth and efficient transition into the organisation.
- Administer training requests, maintain training records, and monitor progress against development plans.
- Conduct workforce and recruitment analysis, identifying vacancies, skills gaps, and resourcing challenges.
- Produce management information and workforce reports to support recruitment and resource planning.
- Build effective relationships with stakeholders to support attraction, onboarding, training, and resourcing activities.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
- Support workforce planning activities by providing resourcing data, insights, and recommendations.
Essential:
- Active SC Clearance
- Proven experience in managing large-scale fast paced recruitment campaigns.
- Experience using Oleeo VX and Microsoft Office 365
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects .
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Work well as part of the team and strive to create a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Civil Service recruitment principles
- Knowledge of CP&F
