Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our-small and friendly childcare team. The role will be based in our Baby room and we require a minimum of three years experience within a nursery setting. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and early childhood education to children within our nursery setting. The role iis suitable for individuals who are passionate about working with children and committed to professional development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate activities tailored to the needs of children aged 0-2 years.
- Supervise and support children’s daily routines, including play, learning, meal times, and rest periods.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organised, and welcoming nursery environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- work closely with colleagues to plan and implement educational programmes that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress, behaviour, and any concerns.
- Lead by example in demonstrating excellent childcare practices and fostering positive relationships with children and families.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and nursery policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Must have a recognised Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working within a nursery or early childhood education setting For a minimum of three years
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children, understanding their individual needs.
- Knowledge of current early childhood education practices and safeguarding procedures.

Pay: £27,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
