Processing Operatives – Full-Time – Dingwall

About the Role
Loch Duart is looking for reliable and hardworking Processing Operatives to join our team at our Processing Factory in Dingwall. No experience is required – full training will be provided.
You will work as part of a team handling fresh salmon and trout. Your duties may include:
- Feeding and supporting the production line
- Gutting, washing, and grading fish
- Tagging and boxing products
- Chill work (icing, lidding, banding, palletising)
- Filleting (training provided)
This is a physical, hands-on role in a chilled environment.
