We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our team in West Bromwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who is looking to develop their career. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress into our Logistics Department.
Key Responsibilities
· Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently.
· Stock control and inventory management.
· Maintaining a clean, safe and organised warehouse.
· Following all health and safety procedures.
· Supporting the wider warehouse and logistics team as required.
Essential Criteria
· Has previous warehouse experience.
· Is reliable, punctual and has a strong work ethic.
· Works well as part of a team and can also use their own initiative.
· Has experience operating Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift trucks.
· Has experience working with high-bay racking systems.
· Holds a valid forklift licence (preferred but not essential, depending on experience).
